Job Description:
• To lead the team technically and keep the project on track by making sure that deadlines are achieved.
• To work closely in project planning / designing the architecture of solutions.
• To work with QA and Project Management to deliver high quality software solutions.
• Should be able to analyze requirements, design solutions, write code, debug code, and modify existing software enhancements or new
• products using .NET
• Should be able to write documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.
• Should help in setting priorities and resolving queries from QA / Support / Client.
• Should be able to communicate with other teams to achieve the given goal.
Technical Skills:
• Hands on experience and extensive knowledge of working on .NET based Development using .NET framework 3.0 / 3.5 on C# for at least 4 years.
• Experience of WCF, WPF, WWF, Silver light, LINQ etc
• Should have good knowledge of SQL using any RDBMS like SQL SERVER / ORACLE / DB2
• Should have good knowledge of SOA architecture.
Other Skills:
• Good knowledge of software development life cycle.
• Good analytical skills and can work on problems of diverse scope.
• Sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solution.
• Good Leadership Skills
• Is responsible for providing technical leadership and making sure the project is on track
• Aptitude to learn new things quickly and implement them.
• Work independently with minimum supervision and also guide others technically.
• Excellent communication skills in English as a primary language (Written and Verbal)
• Worked in a team of medium to large size and should be a good team player.
