Job Description:
• Responsible for handling commercial aspects of stores. ie.bills processing,supply ledger,payment queries. etc.
• Good knowledge of accounts payable & recievable.
• Good accounting background.
• Exposure of accounts finalisation & reporting.
• Good understanding of P&L & balancsheet
• Processing of vendors invoices as per authority matrix.
• Making necessary deductions as per purchase order & tax requirements
• Payment reconciliation
• Handling supplier queries and communication with other stakeholders.
• Assist in month end closing of accounts.
• Understanding of inventory valuation.
• Flexible shifts
Other : Exposure of ERP is must ( SAP,JD edwards, Oracle)
Qualification:
M Com/ CA/ICWA -Inter
Experience:
3 to 5 years
