Job Description

• Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects & clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues.
• Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.
• Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
• Responsible for sourcing & developing client relationships and referrals.
• Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory.
• Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
• Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction.

 RequirementsKey Functions & Roles of the Candidate:


• Highly motivated should have knowledge about financial industry
• Must be willing to work hard and must be a highly personable
• Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
• Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
• Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports.
• Must be a self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced atmosphere
• Demonstrate assertiveness and persuasiveness
• Ability to work independently
