Should be good in Enquiry Generation, Counseling and Achieving Targets.Sole Responsible for Center's profitable Business with utmost quality service.Should be equipped enough to lead multiple Teams like Counselors, Business Development, Telecallers, Trainers.Smart enough to plan and implement new Business/Promotional strategies to attract the market.
Exposure in the roles of Senior Counselors, Business Dev Managers, Branch Incharge/head/Manager is preferred.
Experience in Institutional / Retail sales in Education Industry is must.
