Responsibilities
- Sales targets and delivery
- Managing the Data
- Controlling Attrition, Motivating the team members
- Reporting on a daily basis to the Manager
Desired Profile
- Minimum HSC pass
- Experience of 2 - 5 years in telecalling process
- Aggressive and dynamic personality with self confidence
- Self Motivated with a go-getting attitude
