Position Title: Process Trainer(Insurance)

Location: Noida, New Delhi

Responsibilities:

• Independently managing a training batch of 15-20 (TSO?s/Cadre/TC/TL)
• Delivering process training in stipulated time efficiently
• Needs to ensure production certification for the entire batch
• Good at objection handling/pitch
• Should have a thorough understanding on insurance industry
• To ensure trainees perform well on OJT and Operation
• Should have focus on sales targets and delivery
• Good presentation skills and should be able to use different tools
• Should be innovative and willing to try out new things
• Controlling Attrition, Motivating the team members
• Maintaining batch MIS
