Responsibilities:
- Process quotes and invoices for customer contracts on a monthly basis
- Present long term value proposition to the customer
- Engage in timely communication and follow up with customers who have not responded to our value proposition
- Ensure weekly minimum billing standards are met.
- Assist sales personnel and account managers with miscellaneous customer inquiries
- Address customer inquiries
- Support other accounting groups with revenue and billing related questions
- Assist with ad hoc accounting and financial projects as requested
Skills/Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in accounting, business, or finance
- At least 2 years of accounting/finance experience
Abilities and Skills Profile:
