As a Java developer you are part of a growing development team using the agile development methodology and will be proactively involved in the full software development cycle. You are responsible for conceiving and writing code in order to deliver a positive contribution to the projects.
Position title: Quality Assurance Engineer
Location: Pierbusch, Germany
Job Description:
- Testing web applications.
- The preparation of test scripts, test data and test scenario’s that will be needed for test execution.
- Creation of test scripts for test automation.
- Reporting the test results to the development team.
- Assist customers during user acceptance testing.
- Give specific backend training and present finished functionality to the customer.
Job requirements:
- At least 2years experience in testing of web-based applications.
- Creation of test scenarios and manual execution of these scenarios.
- Test methods like V-model, T-map, etc.
- The use of QA tools and bug-tracking systems.
- Knowledge of internet technologies.
- Experience in performance testing will be concerned as an advantage.
- Experience in test automation will be concerned as an advantage.
Personal Profile:
- Candidates should contain the following skills:
- Resultoriented.
- Customer oriented.
- Teamplayer.
- flexible.
- no 9-to-5 mentality.
- good communication skills (verbal and written).
- language knowledge should be minimal Dutch and English, preferably also German and/or French.
