Job Description:
- Analyze complex customer environment, business and technological requirements
- Conception and design of solutions based on Micro Focus products and services, including targeted sales support
- Oversee and assure quality of designed solution.
Responsibilities:
- Support account managers in all complex solution selling phases (presentations, demos, workshops etc.), highlighting the pros and for selling the identified solution and services
- Analyze complex customer needs and identify the most efficient and effective Micro Focus solution
- Define the requirements for the necessary solution elements
- Present, discussion, sustain the solution with the customer
- Prepare the business case to support the proposed solution
- Cooperation with other technical resources (presales, delivery resources)
- Interface with subject matter experts within the company to validate the solution
- Know-how transfer to involved resources as required
- Interface with delivery partners as required
Required Skills:
- Understand capabilities of products, related technologies and service capabilities of Micro Focus and their partners
- Ability to sustain a discussion at C-level
- Proven success in complex solution design, mainly in mainframe environment
- Creativity in engineering “impossible” customer solutions
- Solid software engineering background
- Fluent in spoken and written English and local territory language
- Technical decisional right concerning feasibility of designed solutions
