Project Manager-Arlington, WA; NEED Candidates with 3-5 years SAP Project management experience!!

Position Title: Project Manager

Location: Arlington, WA 98223

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and manage project scope, deliverables and objectives
• Develop detailed project plans and manage critical path
• Identify and resolve issues prior to and during the project execution
• Maintain a balanced perspective between the delivery needs of the organization and the ongoing development needs of engineering and manufacturing teams
• Communicate a clear and accurate picture of project 
• Support program management 
• Establish clear expectations for the projects 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or combination of equivalent education and experience
• 2-5 years of experience managing renewables, engineering and/or manufacturing new product implementation projects
• 2-5 years of engineering and/or electronics manufacturing industry experience
• 2+ years project management experience, including life-cycle management
• Proven record of project completion through use of Project Management methodologies
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or seeking PMP certification preferred
• Agile project management experience and/or certification preferred
• Self-motivated team player with ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to manage multiple engineering projects 
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail 
• Excellent accuracy and problem-solving skills 
• Proven negotiation skills 
• Communication skills at all business levels 
• Proficient at managing multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

Desired Skills:

• 3-5 years of renewables, engineering and/or manufacturing industry experience
• 3-5 years project management experience, including life-cycle management
• Proven record of project completion through use of Project Management methodologies
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or seeking PMP certification preferred
• Agile project management experience and/or certification preferred
• SAP
