Job Summary : Learn and adapt applicable technologies, products and tools. Develop in depth knowledge in certain components of the product, Understand & analyze business requirements & designs provided , Assists with technical design ,Develop & execute Unit Test.
Responsibilities :
- Hands on hard core Techie
- Must have an experience on Enterprise kind of Projects, which involves one or more of the followings
- Performance SLAs for UI and Batch Jobs
- Memory Utilization and Heap Dump problemsPerformance improvement activities – java, DB etc
- Concurrent users – load scalability
- Should have an experience/exposure to find the gaps/holes in the implementations and suggest improvements – not theoretical, but real experience
- Experience on making the applications scalable, productized
- Experience on utilization of JVMs, clustering, load balancing, context based routings to enable #3
- Experience on SOA, real OOPs concepts/implementations
- Excellent troubleshooters
- Should be able to influence/guide/inspire the Tech Leads and technical teams
- WebSphere experience is preferred
- Architecture Principles / Decisions/Process /Deliverables
- Architectural Patterns/Solutioning/Strategies
- Ability to lead entire Technical team by showing technical depths (Hands-on, practical knowledge)
- Performed Technical Architect role in past and having more than 2+yr experience( at least ) in architect role.
- Nice to have Hands-on project experience on Open source Technologies with JBOSS Application Server ,Mule Soft ,Liferay,DROOLs,SONAR
Educational Qualifications:
B.tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA, Msc.IT
Experience: 13 to 18 years of experience in Java,J2ee

Java,J2ee,Spring,Hibernate,SOA,Liferay,Jboss,Mule,Drools,Maven and Ant
