Job Description:
In this position, you will build websites and mobile applications for local businesses and work one-on-one with clients. You will work as an integral part of a cohesive team to solve problems and build innovative web solutions. You will contribute to a range of projects and will participate in all stages of design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance. The ideal candidates will have a true passion for web development, be able to communicate well with team members and clients, be extremely detail oriented, and work well in a team environment.
Job Responsibilities for our Web Developers
- Have experience building rich, interactive websites using a variety of web-based technologies.
- Love clean UI’s as much as they love elegantly-architected methods and classes.
- Experience building web applications and web services using WordPress and PHP.
- MySQL
- WordPress core and plugins
Job Requirements
- 1 – 2 years previous experience
- Proficiency with HTML 5, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS 3) and Implementing JQuery.
- Experience with PHP/SQL
- Experience with Adobe design software (Illustrator & Photoshop)
- Experience with WordPress Themes
- Excellent communication skills
Qualifications:
Must have previous WordPress experience and be able to show a portfolio and resume when asked.
4 year degree in design, programming, or related field.
