Essential Qualifications and experience: M.Sc.in Physics with minimum 65% marks
Desirable Qualifications/Experiences: NET/GATE qualified
Experience in fabrication & characterizations of semiconductor/
nanomaterials
Accommodation : Bachelor accommodation in the Institute may be provided subject to
availability.
