Job Title: HOD Design
Location: Baroda, Gujarat
Function: Design Department
Regular / Temporary: Regular
Employment: Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Allocate work to juniors and managing their work loads
- Receive high value Inquiries for quotation from marketing
- Study high value inquiries, customer drawings and technical information in detail
- Discuss enquiry with Design, Production & QC departments
- Raise technical queries (if any) and getting the
- m clarified in conjunction with marketing
- Pre-quotation submission discussions with client (if required)
- Client premises visit to verify and finalize technical details (if required)
- Review estimation the cost of material based on relevant technical standards
- Maintain log for cost of key raw material including resin
- Review technical and commercial quote
- Resolve technical queries of subordinate during day-to-day activity
Preferred Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical or chemical)
Skills:
- Good communication, leadership and problem solving skills
- 7- 15 yrs experience (preferable)
- Expert working knowledge in CAD softwares
- Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
