Job Description:
- At site to handle & execute various electrical works/ services etc.
- Ability to supervise and manage both direct and sub contract work, with strong process orientation on health & safety.
- Ability to conceptualise & prepare temporary facility plan/ master construction schedule / Procurement Schedule, along with payment/ progress milestones.
- Drawing checking & coordination with designer / consultant Be able to carryout construction in conformity with drawings / specifications / documents / surveys etc.
- Well versed with construction procedure, bill checking and verification. Good communication skills with capability to liaise with consultant, contractors and HO.
- Ability to maintain good client relationships.
- Desired Profile: Mechanical / Electrical engineering professionals with relevant experience in construction industry. Please mention location preference.
