Job Description:
Analyze user requirements; recommend solutions and determine project scope for Microsoft communication infrastrucutre; study benefit and risk of cloud services and offer appropriate solutions; oversee system architecture, design, and integration; define project schedule, resource needs, and budget requirement; manage quality of work product; establish best practices for project management; track performance to ensure deliverables meet best practices and defined standards; analyze change requests and determine feasibility; oversee change during project development; identify problems and troubleshoot connection issues; prepare documentations; and provide on-going reporting responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Program Management, Business Administration or related field of study and three years of experience with Microsoft communication infrastructure, or bachelor’s degree and five years of progressive experience.
- Lync 2010 architecture, design, and integration; Lync Online; VOIP; SIP; Office Communication Server; Exchange Server 2010; and Lync Server 2010. 15% travel.
- Will work in Milpitas, CA and various unanticipated locations throughout the US.
