Description:
Together we are seeking Assembly Operators to start work in April 2013.
Extensive job training is provided. Once you complete your training, you will be part of the team manufacturing components for the world's most advanced new aircraft 787 Dreamliner. As an Assembly Operator you will assemble aircraft components made of carbon fibre composite material. Working under general supervision, within a cellular team, you will be involved in the pre and post production processes of components.
Essential skills and qualifications:
- Australian Trade Certificate (preferably in Carpentry/ Cabinet Making, AME Structures, Sheet metal Worker, Auto Mechanics)
- Extensive experience in a production environment using drills and reamers
- Experience working within tight tolerances
- Able to work shifts and overtime
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency with full rights to work in Australia
