Skills:
- Familiarity and experience with different SDLC methodologies with a focus on quality and timely deliverables
- Excellent communication, organization and technical documentation skills
- Ability to learn in a fast paced, agile team environment and manage multiple priorities concurrently
- Strong analytical aptitude with a proven ability to analyze technical and business requirements and translate them into system specifications.
- Ability and willingness to travel, as well as work more than 40 hours per week as required.
Application Development:
- Demonstrated knowledge of innovative, large scale application development in ASP.NET, VB.NET and C#.NET
- Expert command of the Microsoft application development stack
Database Development:
- Expert knowledge of SSIS, data migration, and complex ETL design/deployment/tuning
- Extensive background in complex T-SQL object development and troubleshooting
- Expert level knowledge assessing execution plans, T-SQL performance tuning, and index optimization
- Experience with MSSQL 2005/2008 R2 SSRS development and deployment (SharePoint deployment a plus)
Additional Qualification:
- Knowledge of Information Builder's WebFOCUS BI suite a plus
- Experience with advanced development in MS Office products, especially Excel, a plus
- SharePoint development and integration skills a plus.
Experience:
- BS in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
- Candidates with experience providing technical and development services to a large scale manufacturing environment will be considered first.
- 5+ years experience developing enterprise distributed front end applications using .Net architecture in Visual Studio Products and TFS
- 5+ years experience with complex back end development in MS SQL Server 2005-2008 R2
