Job Description:
- Contribute to decisions about test harnesses/frameworks
- Strong knowledge and experience of QA processes, methods and tools
- Experience writing, reviewing and executing automated test cases.
- Familiarity with software development and test tools such as Hudson/Jenkins, J-Unit, Selenium, is a plus.
- Demonstrate ability to interact well with cross functional teams as well as remote QA teams
- Create test plans and test design specifications
- Participate in architecture, design, development of automate test cases, using black and white box testing techniques, test tools and test harnesses
- Improve test methodologies and processes
- Identify errors in product documentation
- Help improve overall quality of the product by identifying bugs in the product
- Work with developers and resolve issues and reproduce bugs
- Hands on experience in programming/test development work/industry experience, for various Windows sub-systems and/or distributed systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision as well as work in a team
