Primary Function:
Assists customers, Tier 1 and Tier 2 to OEMs in the use of DuPont Performance Polymers, particularly in the area of molding and mold design. Optimizes machine settings or best productivity. Recommends design for customers’ molds for best part performance and best materials usage.
Teams up with account managers and application developers to create new business and maintain existing one.

Job Description:
- Customer assistance in the field of injection molding and mold design, starting up new applications, and troubleshooting for best customers’ productivity.
- Technical management of development programs in collaboration with the account Managers
- Global networking activities with the technical service and development teams
- Customer responsibility nationwide and some in neighboring countries
Qualifications:
Bachelor in Polymer Engineering or Mechanical Engineering and with minimum 8-10 years in Plastics industry with molding and mold design expertise, preferably catering to Automotive Industry.
Candidates with Master’s Degree will be preferred
