Job Role: Team Leader II (Machine Shop)

Location: Jamestown, ND

Responsibilities:

• Takes a leadership role in development and implementation of continuous process improvement tools in assigned departments including Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, TPM, Value Stream Flow and other CI tools as appropriate. 
• Must be adaptable to changes in the work environment, competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events. 
• Strong problem solving skills to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Blue prints reading experience including 
• Geometric tolerances and measuring instruments (Caliper, depth micrometers, etc)
• Working knowledge with computer software to include, but not limited to: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Work.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be willing to relocate to Jamestown, ND

EDUCATION:

BA OR BS degree and at least 3 years experience leading role in a manufacturing shop environment or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

EXPERIENCE:

 Minimum three(3)years experience leading role in a manufacturing shop environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
