SKILLS:
- Write and publish IT business/technical documentation such as functional specifications guides
- Plan the documentation development life cycle
- Liaise with business, technology, and support teams
- Keep all stakeholders informed about progress issues
- Establish strong relationships and interface closely with all functional areas such as Product Managers, Development, QA, and Certification to gather data
- Analyze documentation requirements for the products
- Understand the client business, product offerings, and technology
- Showcase strong writing, editing, and proof-reading skills
- Be proficient in MS Office, the Windows environment, DocuShare, and SharePoint
- Understand business process management and business requirements, and translate these into specific functional and technical requirements
- Understand technical designs as well as specifications
