Position Title: Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Business Process Analysis within the WW Revenue & Operations department.
- Functions will include, assessing efficiencies of the processes and departmental deliverables, making recommendations for improvements and facilitating implementation of changes.
- Also responsible for system related UAT testing and report design
- Manage preparation and analysis of procedure documentation for functions included in WW Revenue Operations group, specifically as related to the consistent application of controls globally, ongoing Sarbanes Oxley initiatives, quarterly review of existing VSOE process’ and ongoing application of accounting rules and standards.
- Responsible for the review and supervision of revenue transactions, geo specific sales promotions, pricing exceptions, sales discussions and proposal of technical accounting relating to such transactions including software revenue recognition and contra-revenue determinations.
- Manage and review of quarterly detailed analysis of revenue transactions to ensure compliance with software revenue recognition criteria.
- Responsible for operational coordination to facilitate non standard transactions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong technical accounting and knowledge of GAAP. Software revenue recognition preferred.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver results under pressure.
- Working knowledge of SAP and excellent spreadsheet skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead and resolve interdepartmental issues
- B. A. or Masters in Accounting required
- Public accounting experience required
- 5-7 years experience required
