Key Accountabilities
- 1+ year experience in SEO
- Excellent knowledge of the search engine industry, search engine algorithms and ranking strategies
- Understanding of web analytics (Google Analytics / Omniture)
- The ability to create reports; understand return on investment; and select relevant data for analysing future actions
- Strong understanding of technical SEO skills, including ability to evaluate and modify HTML, CSS and JavaScript for SEO purposes.
- Strong communication skills and good team player
- Fluent English for reading, writing, speaking
Job description:
- Fluency on all onsite elements (Title, Hx, XML Sitemaps, Canonical Tags etc.)
- Optimizing the internal and external link structure to achieve the best results for the search engines
- Hands-on analysis & optimization; keyword analysis and generation with respect to metrics such as volume and revenue, site & link structure enhancements, perform competitive analysis, generating ranking reports and analyzing for opportunities and strategy,
- Recommendations and execution to increase page rankings, indexed pages, backlinks, etc.
- Increase team efficiency by accurate reporting of activity and opportunities
- Direct on-going SEO efforts, including tracking measurement metrics and analyzing results to optimize natural search rankings and results
- Work closely with the other channels such as Social Media and be open to sharing best practices
