Jr/Sr Technology Architects - Bellevue, WA (Long Term 1 Yr+)

Looking for junior, senior C# & .net developers, junior and senior technology architects. Our client is looking for Technology Architects that can play a significant role in the development of this new platform. Technology architects will represent advanced technologies within the engineering organization; advising on integration best-practices. Specific areas of interest include servers, networks, storage, virtualization and operations management technologies. Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced start-up like environment, driving hard to bring new converged solutions to the market.
Job Functions
Engage with strategic customers, system integrators and vendors on use cases. Engage with UCP cross-functional business team on strategic vision, road maps and release requirements. Represent advanced technologies and integration best-practices within Engineering. Participate as a hands-on engineering contributor to UCP sprint teams; some combination of architecture, design, implementation, qualification, characterization, etc. Represent UCP technology in a CTO-like role and ensure success at strategic deployments.
Primary Qualification

Senior Developers - Job Functions
Contribute to the technical direction and architectural vision of the product. Design, implement and unit test high-value features. Advance and promote software engineering best practices and processes. Continuously assess and evolve technology and core components. Load balance with engineering cross-functional groups to achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications
Extensive hands-on software design and development experience across a number of successful commercial products. Demonstrated ability to apply software engineering best practices to design, implementation and unit testing. Deep passion to continuously deliver highly successful commercial solutions. Minimum of 5 years in the software/storage industry. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Experience with: Software based storage solutions Object-oriented design and programming C# and .Net skills
Junior Developers/SDEs/SDETs - Job Functions
This Software Development Engineer (depending on skill level & interest) will be working on in-house automation and development working with testing, building various tools, .Net frameworks, stress cases, software product development that is focused on storage management software. The company is launching a Version 1 product in May and needs "rising star" system engineers & developers to help with the project. These candidates would be joining an engineering team where there is a tremendous amount of work/opportunity across all disciplines. Ideally they are looking for candidates that are subject matter experts or interested in focusing on server storage from good schools/companies that feel as though they are being held back in their existing roles. This company can offer them virtually unlimited growth in terms of exposure to advanced technology and Fortune 500 customers/use cases. They will be working to build integrated systems. Recent B.S. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. Internship experience focused on engineering that led to a Full-Time opportunity.
