POSITION TITLE: Inside Sales Scheduler
LOCATION: Lancaster, PA
EZSolution a web development, internet marketing, computer support company in Lancaster, PA is looking for energetic and motivated individuals to prospect for new clients, call existing clients to invite them to seminars/webinars.
Responsibilities:
- Make calls each day to prospective clients to set up appointments. (Goals will be determined.)
- Make calls to current clients inviting them to seminar and webinar events.
- Maintain list of prospects and keep details notes.
- Maintain call logs and report detail regarding calls and appointments made.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- Business school or associates degree equivalent is a plus.
- 2 - 3 years telemarketing/sales experience.
- Must be able to use Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must be able to work well independently.
The ideal candidate will also possess:
- Great listening and closing skills.
- Ability to handle heavy phone work and provide top-notch service.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills.
