Job Responsibility:
Handling Calls/Mails and resolving the queries.
Providing back end services to customers.
Good grasping power.
Knowledge on Internet skills & Social Network is an essential requirement.
Knowledge in MS office.
Should be able to speak in minimum 3 regional languages.
Desired Skills:
Very good team player with can-do attitude.
Should have good communication skills.
