Vanilla is looking for a self-starter who wants to join a profitable and growing Web startup with a fun product and great customers to help us provide amazing technical support. We're looking for someone with a solid technical background and the ability to solve complex product issues at the code level.
Duties:
- Provide support via email, phone and our support forum to customers on a daily basis
- Work with R&D to solve complex cases
- Contribute to product documentation and FAQs
- Help continuously improve the support process and support success metrics.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a technical support role
- Knowledge of CSS, HTML, PHP and mySQL
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer relationship skills.
- This position requires that you sometimes work outside of regular hours to service international customers and to help us meet deadlines. In return for your hard work, Vanilla offers you a great work environment, many opportunities for advancement and participation in the stock option program. This position can be remote. Priority will be given to candidates in Montreal and in Canada.
