Position Title: Python, Javascript Web Application Developer

Location: Austin(TX), Burlington(VT)

Job Summary:

Currently we have two openings available for a Python/Javascript Web Application Developer. This Software Developer will be a part of a fast-paced, Agile team working with teams in Burlington, VT and/or Austin, TX on routines for advanced analysis of large and complex time-series data-sets, related python/javascript applications, UIs, and other information extraction, processing and presentation engines.

Technical Skills and Knowledge:

• Solid Python and web application development experience.
• Strong understanding of current tools, platforms, frameworks, and techniques for web applications with focus on Python-based solutions.
• Strong Javascript/CSS3/HTML5 knowledge and experience.
• Experience with API development for systems and/or network management applications are desirable.
• Experience with Neo4j, PyTables, Gluster, Flask, Redis, RabbitMQ/ZeroMQ, Memcache, Git, Fabric, and AWS Cloud are desirable.
• Strong communication skills (both written and oral).
