NEED Designer(Visual) WITH 2Years EXPERIENCE IN Interactive Design Experience-New York!!

Announcement:

We're looking for an experienced designer to help conceive, define and execute the user experience of our web and mobile products. Your portfolio will show that you've worked on a range of challenging interactive design projects from wireframes through to visual design.

As the fifth designer to join you will need to be comfortable taking the lead on projects, and know how to ask the right questions.

Design touches everything we do at Percolate. From the software features that define the future of brand marketing, to the materials that help our Business team develop great client relationships.

Position title: Designer(Visual)

Location: New York

MUST HAVES:

• 2 years interactive design experience: You have a user centric approach to design. This is demonstrated by your ability to think through and create intuitive user flows and wireframes which take into account the multiple states of a software product.
• Excellent communication and collaboration: You understand that great software products aren’t designed by designers alone. You’ll feel comfortable working with business, customer and product teams to gather the insights you need to make design decisions.
• Strong approach to visual design: Your foundation in graphic design ensures information hierarchy and visual composition comes natural to you when designing for screen and print; from presentations to invitations, from email notifications to software interfaces.

Skills:

• Understanding of HTML/CSS/JS: Whilst you won’t be asked to delve into our frontend code everyday, you’ll be working with the Percolate style guide. It will be to your benefit that you understand the principles of these languages.
• Illustration and iconography skills: Our brand has a strong illustrative style which is expressed throughout our business communications and product. We will help guide you here, but it would be awesome if you can bring illustration sensibilities to the role.
• Relentless attention to detail: You care about every pixel across your designs and presentations, from the quality of graphic elements to spelling and grammar.
