Position Title: Test Engineer

Job Description:

Develop and execute test cases to ensure product to meet functional and design specifications.
Reviews test results and makes recommendations for: further testing, modification in procedures or discontinuation of test;
Operates/programs electrical and test equipments to setup and conduct experiments (oscilloscopes, power supplies, environmental chambers, data loggers, function generators, etc…);
Operates electronics assembly equipments (solder irons, desoldering tool or other tools) to build and inspect electronics assemblies. Builds and validates test harnesses;
Provide feedback or test report to design reviews
Report product bugs, bug isolation, verify fixed bugs and issue resolution.

Required Skills:

BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
1+ years of relevant hardware and software test engineering experience.
Familiar with schematic and PCB layout design tools (Cadence, Allegro, CAM350, etc…).
Experience in Test plan definition (Test strategy would be a plus)
Experience in defects tracking system.(Bugzilla would be a plus)
Excellent oral and written English language communication skills.
Production test and JTAG Technologies for On-board Test Control are necessary
