• Comfortable in talking to people and a good listener.
• Must have good telephone etiquette.
• Should be having good communication skills in English, & Tamil.
• Good hand On MS Office- Word , Excel etc.
• Ability to provide information verbally clearly and effectively.
Job Description:
• To make outbound calls from the given database.
• To provide information on various courses and convince customers to walkin.
• Responsible for Maintaing & retrieving MIS & data as and when required.
• Responsible to maintain the tracker and update accordingly.
• Regular follow ups with old clients and generate new clients.
• To achieve the given targets.
