Job Summary:
- Contact new customers to complete a basic questionnaire consisting of mortgage/title questions.
- Calling new customers and taking call backs
- Tracking call status using a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet
- Notating customer information in a database
- Uploading completed worksheets
