Responsibilities :
Responsible for setting strategic direction of multiple projects, managing detailed scope definition, managing cost estimates, developing resource plans, establishing time lines, gaining executive approval of the plan, establishing PM processes (issue mgt, risk mgt, status reporting, escalation processes, etc.). PM will also have client interactions to collect requirements, give detai
ls on execution & provide status reports.
Required skills or experience :
- 2+ years project management experience in an IT or software product environment.
- Ability to build the project task plan and schedule.
- Ability to multi-task on different projects on the same day.
- Hands on skills at authoring key project deliverables, status reports and management presentations.
- Excellent communications skills including written, spoken and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate at the executive level.
- Acts as liaison, problem solver, and facilitator between team members, executive team and clients.
- Expert in MS Office applications, Visio and MS Project or other online project management tools.
Nice to Have: Knowledge of Insurance, Logistics, Media or E-commerce portals.
PMP certified.
