Job Role: Customer Experience Specialist
Location: Bangalore, India
Descriptions:
- Ensure product quality across all platforms (iOS, Android, Windows Phone, Blackberry and Windows 8)
- Coordinate with the engineering team and chart product roadmaps based on user requests
- Create and document test cases in collaboration with the engineering team
- Respond to user queries through email / Facebook / Twitter
- Engage users through social channels on Twitter and Facebook
Skills Needed:
- Excellent communication skills
- Mastery over mobile platforms, social networks and technology in general
- Creativity and ability to engage a large user base – running into millions
- Excellent trouble shooting skills and an eye for detail.
