Key Responsibility:

Responsible for writing and coding individual programmes from specific requirements.
Perform coding to written technical specifications.
Investigate, analyse and document reported defects.
Perform maintenance programming and correction of identified defects.
Create, document, and implement unit test plans, scripts, and test harnesses.

Desired Profile:

Knowledge of database architecture and design.
Strong programming skills in core Java, J2EE skills (Struts, Servlets, EJB / Hibernate) with hands on experience in developing optimized enterprise software applications. - Good skill on Mysql or Oracle.
Well versed in algorithms & Design patterns.
Should posses problem solving skills.
Ability to work well within a team.
Excellent in communication skills.
Should have 2+ years of experience in Coding & Development.
Quality focus, result & goal orientation in a group situation and commitment to customer delight are a must.
Good in Analytical & Logical ability.
