JOB DESCRIPTION:
- We are looking for people with good coding skills along with leadership capabilities to augment the development team at mobikwik. Your work will include:
- justifying and designing features
- ability to justify a change
- ability to think out of the box
- meeting deadlines, most of times which are very steep
- programming product features using Java, JSP, Servlets, JavaScript, Spring, Struts, Hibernate, MySql, Eclipse, Jboss
- following a well defined process of code review
- testing the mobikwik product rigorously for each production release
- taking ownership of parts of the application
- Must be interested in web startups and an avid user of commerce websites globally
- Common sense approach to problem solving is expected
- One or many of these required: prior startup experience, contribution to open source projects, volunteering gigs, self started projects, freelance projects, etc.
- Strong hands-on development experience using Java(Struts,Spring,Hibernate) with finance domain
- Experience in development of Banking Applications must.
- Must be able to take risks
- Skills important but self-starter attitude very important
- Must be able to stick for one year minimum
- Exposure to a transactional web application or the financial services space will be handy
