Education & Background:
- Undergraduate / Graduate in any stream
- Minimum 1 year of prior BPO/ Call Centre experience
- Freshers who have completed graduation may also apply
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Must possess a neutral accent with no regional language influence
- Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Should be willing to work in shifts
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Call Handling (Inbound & outbound)
- Understand customer queries/ requests and act accordingly
- Keep abreast with product knowledge, policies and procedures
- To perform reservation functions: ticketing, re-booking, cancellations and refunds
- Adherence to Company standards
