- This work will primarily aid in the world-wide support of Microsoft Online production applications associated with the online commerce services delivery platform.
- Vendor’s responsibilities include assisting with managing resources, coordinating and participating in activities associated with Production Support of Online Services at Microsoft’s Redmond campus.
- Vendor will assist with the responsibility for issues of varied scope and highly technical complexity relating to application management, as well as participate in the definition and documentation of procedures.
- Lead and/or participate in small to medium projects and participate in medium to large projects dealing with leading edge technology and groundbreaking service offerings.
- Vendor will also have the opportunity to work with management and collaborate with other service teams to provide services.
- Shift work required based on the business needs.
- After hours on-call and occasional weekend work likely in order to provide coverage 24 x 7, 365 days of the year for Microsoft’s Online Services team.
- Microsoft will be responsible for providing overall management of the project. All Work shall be treated as Microsoft Confidential Information unless otherwise designated by Microsoft
