Prologis is seeking a Talent Management Systems Manager in our San Francisco, CA office. This position will be responsible for Global System administration of SuccessFactors.

Position Responsibilities:
- Understand and manage the different functionalities, system administration, reporting tools, data tools and system requirements
- Customize and optimize functionality in SuccessFactors
- Design learning materials and provide training to regional system administrators and HR Business Partners
- Ability to provide written documentation outlining SuccessFactors processes and procedures.
- Understand the various modules and features in SuccessFactors and coordinate efforts for implementation
- Provide SuccessFactors analytics including the design, customization and reporting provide data and insights such as dashboards
- Evaluate upgrades and improvements as needed; effectively communicate recommendations
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience with SuccessFactors administration
- Must have the ability to influence and drive change
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Nonessential Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with learning management systems
- Previous training experience
