Position: Operations Team Leader (Insurance)

Location: New Delhi

Experience Minimum: 5 years

Responsibilities:

• Complete ownership of Operations for one or more region and ensure achievement of targets, consistently.
• Managing and supervising Operations Executives of the given region and ensuringÿ that they achieve their targets consistently                  
• Managing escalations related to buyers and insurances and provide a timely appropriate resolution
• Timely maintaining and circulating MIS & reports
• Monitoring performance of team on daily basis
• Achieving assigned targets in accordance to the laid out process with special emphasis on the related TAT's
• Complete adherence to all operational processes and policies and ensuring operational excellence at all levels
• Conduct appraisals for the team members and ensure that their business needs and personal growth needs are sufficiently met.

Key Success Factors:

• Prior experience in the general insurance or auto industry is preferred
• Sales / operations /Claims processing experience
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Proven team management skills shall be preferred
• Computer proficiency especially in MS excel & Powerpoint
• High degree of flexibility/adaptability
• High ownership and personal accountability
