Lead, motivate, coach & drive a team of Business Manager, Area Manager and Segment Manager to develop business in Corporate, Govt. and Jobber Sectors and named accounts in Mumbai
Build a strong team and Channel Partners
Liaison with manufacturers
Initiate and execute activities to fulfill the goals
Responsible for Revenue and Margin
Direct report to Executive Director
