Position: Branch Manager
Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad
Requirements:
With 2 to 4 years’ tertiary education and 2 to 5 years’ professional experience, the candidate has a calling to work in a foreign country, in a multi-lingual environment. Perfectly fluent in English, a second language would be appreciated.
The candidate should have good management and leadership skills, a good capacity for work, and be adept in profit centre management. The candidate should master all commercial, financial and accountancy aspects of the position, as well as all operational and logistical aspects of the transport
industry.
Given the international aspect of this profession, the candidate should be readily available and geographically mobile.
Job Description:
While training to become a future branch manager, the candidate is to assist the current Branch
manager in existing branches, in all management duties.
• Administrative (staff management, pay, accountancy, recovery)
• Commercial
• Technical (management of vehicle pool, imports/exports, stocks, schedule)
During this 6 months training period, the candidate will be considered to be geographically free and
could be required to carry out one or more replacements in our branches.
Type of Contract: Local employment contract.
