Job Duties:
Responsible for welcoming, escorting & assisting Guests in arrival & departure transfer
Assist the guest at the time of check in and check out at hotel
Brief the guests about their complete tour itinerary
Reconfirm the flight, hotel, vehicle and all other details, before transfer
Assist the client in all possible ways in consultation with the file handler and DM Services
Provide clients’ feedback to the operation team
Skills Required:
Should have excellent verbal english communication skills.
Must have a bent towards customer service / must be customer oriented.
Must possess good interpersonal, problem solving , communication & PR skills.
Must be well groomed.
Must possess an extrovert, open & pleasing personality
Qualification: BHM – Hotel Management
