Job Description:
Accountable for Vitesse Ethernet switch software marketing activities to Carrier and Enterprise customers. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, championing Vitesse product and technologies, defining product positioning, owning 3 year product plan, negotiating service level agreements with customers, creating market analysis and business plan, developing MRDs and pricing strategy, managing product life cycles and supporting field in pre-sales and post-sales activities.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of business development experience and/or marketing communication semiconductor and/or
System/Software solutions,
• In-depth knowledge of Ethernet switching market trends and related technologies.
• Be able to work in a challenging and engaging work environment that promotes teamwork, creativity,
accountability and professional development.
• Must possess exceptional interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
• Must have a proven track record of building businesses by marketing complex technical product[s].
Skills:
• Individuals with entrepreneurial spirit and high energy
• Prior experience of marketing Ethernet Switch products and software o Tier-1 Carrier and Enterprise customers.
• Experience in Software development and/or licensing is plus
Education Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in EE or related field required.
