Job Description:
- Performs analysis and design of offshore platforms including substructures, topsides, and related oil and gas facilities.
- Works with other Structural Engineers and Designers on project structural teams.
- Interacts effectively with engineers in all disciplines, drafters / designers, project management team, internal and external customer.
- Maintains responsibility for the quality and accuracy of engineering deliverables including design criteria, specifications, reports, studies, and ensuring that structural design is accurately and completely represented on drawings.
Education: BS or MS in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Experience: 3 plus years in Structural Engineering related to offshore oil and gas facilites, including EPCI projects.
Qualifications:
- Familiar with API RP2A and AISC codes.
- Conversational in English and Fluent in Spanish.
