Sandhar started its journey in 1985 with Sheet Metal Stamping in Plot No. 3, Sector 18, Gurgaon with 12 employees.
It went on to gradually add automotive locks and mirrors to its product range. Realizing the need for better quality control over child parts and economies of scale; it further expanded into manufacturing mirror plates, zinc die casting, plastic injection moulding, dies & moulds and body colored paint shops.
Sandhar acquired Adeep Group in 2005, with this acquisition it added steel wheel rims & assemblies, handle bars, clutch and brake panels to its range.

Responsibilities:
- Overall Responsibility of managing Purchases of machineries, equipments and all kinds of related consumables.
- Additionally, he should be capable of contracting with respect to any New project including Building construction and expansions.
- Standardization of general items and creating a buying basket
- Aggregation of Commonalities
- He should know the art of Vendor Rationalization to Vendor Optimization for accumulative benefits.
- Should be able to segregate between approved and Non-approved Vendors and maintain relevant directories for all time references including updations.
- Should be able to arrange and setup replica buying pattern in all the zones of the Country.
