Job Role: Quality Assuarance Trainer
Location: Lake Katrine, New York
Job Description:
- Seeking a Quality Assurance Trainer who will direct the training and mentoring of lower level staff and foster a positive work environment.
- This individual will evaluate the needs and develop new training materials and/or revise current material to ensure business unit or group training needs are met.
- This person will work autonomously using public speaking skills and teaching techniques.
- Works with individuals to improve quality and provide feedback.
- Must be able to set workflow priorities and standards related to the qualty of health insurance claims processing, and have overall knowledge of other Departments within the Organization.
- Must be able to work flexible hours.
Required Skills:
- Health insurance claims experience nad knowledge
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to document quality and training results
- Ability to function independently as well as part of the Team
- Ability to develop, plan and implement training programs
- Ability to investigate and analyze information and draw conclusions
- Ability to gather data, compile results and prepare reports
- High School Diploma/Bachelors Degree preferred
- Good working knowledge of computer programs
- Health insurance claims experience and knowledge essential
