Job Role: Project Engineer II

Description:

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful and timely implementation of OpAware ™ applications on customer's units.
Interact closely with customers, representatives, and with UOP's Technology Services, Regional Services, Sales groups and Honeywell support groups to coordinate the execution of OpAware projects at customer locations.
Support the continuing operation of the OpAware system
Contribute to sales and marketing efforts, product line development, work process & tool improvement initiatives.
Work closely with the UOP technical community for at least one process technology to understand their needs regarding the OpAware system, capture and transfer best practices and lessons-learned.
Could also be involved in other Process Transformation initiatives.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering Discipline or 3 years industrial experience.
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years relevant industry/project management experience.
Good project management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team of skill sets.

Strong oral and written communications skills
Champion of change and innovation.
Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and gather relevant information to support improvement goals.
Green Belt Certification preferred.
