Description
Lead all Production focusing on creating the best in class mobile apps/games in cooperation with leading partners, technology providers or internal Nokia teams
•Team leadership and budget management
•Responsible of all app production and deliverables
•Local developer/agency pool buildup and management
•Project selection together with management and concept pitches to to partners, technology providers and Nokia senior management
•Manage 18 months product roadmap and development pipeline
•Act as a second Producer for one project at a time
Qualifications
•Team leadership and management experience in global environment
•Solid track record of product creation on mobile (apps, services and games)
•Strong understanding of mobile business ecosystems and Nokia
•Ability to build and manage a developer/partner/agency pool of top talent
•Ability to build visions and concepts, and sell them effectively to partners, technology providers and Nokia senior management
